EVOKE TIME - NORIGAE

Wall clocks are usually fixed firmly in place. EVOKE TIME ; NORIGAE reconsiders that familiar idea and suspends time like a norigae once worn on traditional Korean clothing.

The textured stainless-steel front is layered over a deep-black acrylic disc. A leather strap, metal eyelets and pulley-inspired hardware remain deliberately visible, turning functional components into part of the design. The long leather tassel completes the vertical composition and gives the object a quiet, rhythmic presence.

More than a timepiece, it is a sculptural wall object that brings material contrast and a subtle reference to Korean ornament into the room.
